Submission requirement:
  • Abstracts must be submitted via this website.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Abstracts must be original and have not been published or presented at any other previous conference.
  • Abstracts must be relevant to cancer nursing or cancer.
  • Abstracts must not violate any copyright or contract or proprietary or personal right of others, including the right of privacy.
  • An individual can only submit maximum two submissions. The submitting author should also be the author for correspondence. The presenting author may or may not be the submitting/corresponding author.
  • The submitting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract submission.
  • All presenting author (in person or virtual) must register for the Conference. One of the abstract authors must attend the Conference and present/record presentation (by the specific deadline) to ensure that the submission is included in the Scientific Program. The identity of the presenting author can be changed until the Early Bird Registration Deadline.
Presentation type:
Authors may select one of the following presentation types:
  • Oral: A 15-minute oral presentation by the author
  • Poster: A visual display
Before starting the online submission form, please ensure that you have the following information ready:
  • Abstract title
  • Abstract topic
  • Abstract keywords
  • Presenting author and co-author information: first name, last name, institution, city, country, and email address
  • Abstract content (maximum 350 words)
The abstract structure:
  • Introduction
  • Aims
  • Research methods or project description
  • Results or outcomes
  • Conclusions and implications
All notifications regarding abstract status will be sent to the corresponding author.
